For six years and a few months I have worked out of my home doing daycare. I am sure most of you know that. I was doing daycare before I had my children so they have never had to go to daycare. I have also never left them to go to work outside of the home until lastnight. Yes, that is right. I got a job working outside the home.
I will not lie and act like I wanted to go to work! Things just don't always work out the way you plan! My plan was for the Hubs to get another job! That didn't seem to be his plan though.
My daycare is sill open and I am still looking for a couple more children to watch. I am not going to quit daycare. However until things really pick up I need to make some more money. So no better way to do that then get a job, right?!?!
I will be making pizza's at a local gas station. I did enjoy it lastnight and I think once I get the hang of things and I am fully trained it I will actually enjoy it alot. There was enough to do lastnight that the time went really fast. So far the plan is to work one night durning the week (always the same one) and every other weekend.
So with that said, I best get off the computer. I have a few piles of laundry to put away and off to work I go. I do have to say the only thing I am not enjoying is the fact I have to wear a collared shirt! I so dislike collared shirts. I only own ONE and thats the one I just got to wear to work. You will NOT see me wear it anywhere else!!
Oh and yes, I won't lie about crying either. I did shed a few tears when leaving my sweet children lastnight at home. I gave them plenty of kisses when I got home and they were sound asleep.
