For Christmas dinner I took Twice Baked Potato Casserole.
It got some good reviews!!
This was the first time I made this, I will make it again!!
I made mine in a crockpot.
After cooking the bacon and potatoes I layered it in the crockpot.
I cut out some of the cheese since it seemed like alot
when I started layering the ingred.
I cooked it on low as the ingred. just needed to warm up.
It sounds great. Twice I've done potato dishes in the crockpot that I wasn't happy with, so maybe I'd try this in the oven. Yum though!
