My 3 year old Maddi talked me into buying a mini donut maker. She saw one at a local store and we said no because it was around $25. Then when shopping at Target we found it for like $17.99. So I said we would give it a try. Anyone use one of these before? I thought it would be alot like making waffles in a waffle maker. Well these darn little donuts are not turning out. If I take them out when they are lightly brown they are not good tasting. They are almost dough like tasting. If I leave them longer they get burnt. I have tried lowering the amount of batter as well. So no good donuts today. I guess that's ok. I probably shouldn't be eating donuts anyways!
It looks fun and if you get it figured out please let me know. I dislike when things look so neat but will not work right.
