~Pants~

For the last couple of years we've had to get alot of Jade's pants hemmed.
Just seems she is too short for her waist and butt!
Some of you may have read on my facebook the girls will go to a NEW school this fall.
Its not only new to them but its new to our town.
They will attend a Charter School.
So NO MORE uniforms!

We've had alot of fun this past month shopping for cute outfits.
However when Ms. Abbygail tries on pants we get this-

Looks like maybe its her turn to get some pants hemmed!

She can't wait to wear this outfit!
She's only asked to wear it about 5 times in the last few days!

Maddison will go to preschool and I already dread getting her dressed on time.
She is going threw a phase where I tell her she can wear something and
I get "Its too cute", or "Its too funny".
Sometimes I even hear "No, Momma its too purple".
So we may have some battles to pick and choose once school starts
and she does not like jeans!

We are very excited to start school right after Labor Day.
Mason may not know what to think the days all his sisters are gone.
But I think he'll enjoy his mommy time
(at least I hope so).

  1. Shelby exclusively wore dresses from the time she just over 2 until she was almost 6. Her choice. Made shopping easy, but in the summer I had to pull teeth to get her to wear thin bike shorts under her sundresses for playground time. As soon as she was in the house she would run to her room to take them off. In the winter she wore those cable-knit sweater type tights and I pretty much outfitted her with Lands End simple cotton knit dresses, with second hand and Target supplements. When she did start wearing pants, it was just leggings. She didn't really wear jeans until she was late elementary age. And then it was elastic waist (she was heavy always and what worked then was the XS in womens elastic waist denim stetchy leggings in a capri length!)
